This digital meat thermometer is our third or fourth of its kind. Comes with batteries and cooking instructions. It's very easy to use. It is an almost instant read thermometer. When used in liquids, it takes about 2-3 seconds for the temperature reading to stabilize. It's large and will work well for people with large hands, although it worked great in my medium-sized hands. The bottle opener adds a unique touch. You can hang it from the hole in the bottle opener or take it to the BBQ to test the meat's doneness! I would like it to be slightly smaller and have a notch on the probe for fixation like our other similar digital thermometers.
