I'm surprised of the quality and fit of this product. I did order my shirt size at first but had no problem exchanging for a smaller size because I wanted it to snug fit so I would say go a size down. Customer service was a breeze and not a problem. You would definitely get a sweat out of this and comfortable enough to work out in. I suggest this as a good walking tool. I love the double strap so I can adjust it the way I want for a different body types. I am 5'4 about 175 lb I got a large. Can't wait for the weather to break so I can begin again.
