Even though the shop advertised smartphone deliveries on Ya. Market, I was only able to arrange for pickup after placing an order. The store's website gives a basic location (Ligovsky pr., 50, letter O), but finding it was incredibly challenging because it is spread out across a massive area and is housed in converted warehouses that once housed over 1600 different businesses. No, there are a lot of buildings, but none of them have identifying signs. I got there, found a parking spot, and walked over. There are no signs to indicate the way, and the GPS has been disabled. To locate them, I had to contact the store directly. After ignoring my leading questions, the woman on the other end of the line started scolding me in a very displeased tone. After realizing there was no use in continuing, I disconnected. She finally found the shop after asking random people for directions. There are currently three customers seated inside the shop, and one of them is the same woman. While she was taking my order, I overheard her reprimand another unlucky client who had the misfortune of calling this store. The smartphone was issued a check, is brand new, and comes in its original packaging. A small annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but I have no desire to purchase here again.
