I was thrilled to discover Dorence and their extensive assortment of DIY tools and supplies as an international shopper. However, when I learned they don't offer foreign shipping, my excitement soon turned to frustration. Even worse, their customer support was unresponsive to my questions and unhelpful. It's disappointing to see a business turn away prospective customers due to their location when they have so much potential. If you purchase internationally, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
