Works as it should. There were intermittent connectivity issues with my Dell 5490 (bought 2018) running Windows 10 Pro, but these were resolved after restarting the adapter and laptop. It can be operated with a battery. It's pretty easy to wirelessly project laptop and mobile device screens to a TV, projector, or other device that accepts HDMI inputs, connect to the HDMI port, and use an HDMI-to-VGA converter adapter (https ://www.amazon.in/dp/B07BMWKLSC/ref=pe_3025041_185740121_TE_item) is for VGA devices only and works fine. Please note that both the laptop and the mobile device must have the Wi-Fi adapter enabled, ie Wi-Fi must be enabled but not necessarily connected to the internet, especially when streaming from an Android device Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled to detect the wireless display adapter. I definitely recommend the product.
