Maybe someone can explain to me why I seem to be getting the kitchen shears that everyone loves but I hate them. I'm not picky. I want sharp, comfortable, and something I can adjust if they need to be tightened. So much junk that gets 5 stars and 9000 reviews on Revain works for about three months. The edges are then not trimmed as there is no lag screw. Or they don't separate, leaving dirt and food caught in the hinge joint. It's good. Sharp, adjustable, may fall apart. Only four stars because the handles are not ergonomic. They're soft, but OXO always has one of the most ergonomic and comfortable grips. It's okay, but not great. And the top is only for micro-series. He fights with thick material.
