Bought these little molds to steam eggs in my Instant Pot. They worked quite well, but a stand for each shape (so that the top shape stays a few inches above the bottom shape) is almost a requirement. I mean you can stack them on top of each other but the bottom form contents will get messy and smudged. The molds are very easy to care for, do not lose their shape (so far at least) and are dishwasher safe. If you like sous vide eggs (like Starbucks' ones), you'll love the instant eggs these molds produce. I've also used them to make all sorts of "fat bombs" in these molded, baked eggs. various things for cooking and I am very happy with this purchase.
