I recently finished my previous pack of Chocolate Protein Powder and wanted to try a new one. When I found this one I was glad it only had 110 calories per 20g of protein. I was a little surprised it had 6g of carbs as others had less, but it's still a reasonable/manageable amount if you only have one can a day. full which seems like such a waste of space. I added 1 scoop of protein to 12 ounces of water and shook it in a protein shaker. Then I added ice and shook again (which I do with almost all of my protein shakes). It blended very well and wasn't gritty at all. I really liked the taste and thought it was a nice taste of milk chocolate. It was a nice little treat for my day and I didn't have to force myself to drink it (like some cocktails). It was at a higher price but a good buy. Overall, a great tasting protein to add to your routine, but the value is a bit questionable given there are only 30 servings per container.
