Bubble wrap without real air bubbles
It has been rolled up and packed in a sealed plastic bag. When I opened and unpacked it, most of the blisters were flat with no air inside. This style defeats the purpose of being bubble wrap and takes the fun out of popping. It gets multiple stars for fast shipping and bright colors.
