I'm not completely certain why my daughter just had to have this mask but she did. She not so patiently waited by the door for it to arrive and when it finally did she was over the moon excited. She tore open the package and immediately tried it on.*Note* it does not come with batteries but luckily we have tons of AA batteries.It has 3 on settings; on, blinking, and a slightly faster blinking.Why did I knock off 1 star? It makes a very interesting whirring sound when on. It makes me a little uneasy to have something on my daughters face that I can hear the electricity in from across the room. It doesn't seem to bother her but I will be keeping a very close eye on it.
