I love quality and this product has it. Calls are fine and I can easily switch between Whittington and Westminster tunes. Adjusting the volume is also very easy by pressing a button on the back. Some people have problems with pendulum swing speed. I measured the length of the swingarm and it's about 7 inches including the shim. That is the maximum for a watch of this size. Remember that short pendulums swing faster than long ones. If you want a slower pendulum, buy a larger clock.
