I believe I should like this more than I do but I don't hate it either. I'm still trying to decide if the extra scrubbing is really beneficial to aging dry skin. As I understand it: first I go somewhere like the shower or on my back porch then dry scrub my entire body taking care to go in certain directions for each section. Check - about 10 minutes. Next grab exfoliating gloves and back brush (different from dry brush) scrub my entire body with moisturizing wash, shave hairy parts. Wash hair, condition hair, rinse all of me then clean out shower. Check - 22 minutes for (not too warm) shower; another 5 for quick shower wipe down. Grabbing 2 large towels I proceed to the back porch again to apply grapeseed oil to all skin and rub a small amount in clean hair. Check - 15 minutes application time and another 10 minutes or so as the oils sink into my skin so I don't get the stuff all over the house, drinking a cup of coffee and thinking I better make it 2 cause I now have more to clean in the shower and a bunch of stuff to clean & put away. Who has this kind of time? At this rate it will be dark before I can pull on my clothes, brush my hair and leave to run errands. Don't get me wrong I am not a slacker, I rise before the sun on a daily basis, but I clean kitchen and other needed areas first then start on me.
