This replacement analog stick looks the same as the original analog stick in the left joycon. I bought a competitor's product with green wires. The green wires do not match the ribbon cable on the left controller motherboard. This product worked great and both replacement analog sticks solved the drift issue that really bothers me when playing BOTW. Replacing an analog stick requires fine motor skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye. The screws on the controller are tiny and there are tons of videos or fix sites for it. In addition, two different screwdrivers, tweezers and plastic tools are required for this work. I saved $70 on replacement Joycons.
