The best thing I like about liftAi, aside from its accuracy rate for detecting customer's user experience are their amazing team who always provide us support whenever we have any questions during our day by days operations with them! As mentioned above i dislike nothing at this time because they do everything well if not perfectly than what expected outta it.
If someone want accurate data without messing up there business just go ahead but make sure u know how things work around here so don't expect too much since some features may be hard sometimes especially when new changes were made recently!! There was no problem until now regarding my experiences working together within salesforce in general!
