Nothing beats Aquacel. I am an ostomy patient and from time to time get a small fistula near the stoma where stretching has loosened the skin. I cut off a small piece then covered it with holichhesive and changed it every other day for about 2 weeks and it was gone. This will help the area heal and will absorb any debris the fistula produces as it heals. This was recommended to me by an ostomy nurse about 15 years ago when I first had a stoma and there is simply nothing better. It's expensive but worth every penny.
