I use them all the time even when I'm not exercising or running. They are very comfortable and very effective. Easily slip the rubber earcups over almost all larger in-ear headphones (fit my Apple headphones). I hate when I buy in-ear headphones that don't fit me and keep falling out while running. I have tried many in-ear headphones and earbuds from different manufacturers and only these really work. They will NEVER fall out or get stuck in your ears. This is my 3rd pair simply because I lost the rest for various reasons and have been using Yurbuds for about 4 years now.
