I read all the reviews and was warned that so many people have had their shoulder straps come loose. After about 6 weeks of use, my bag is still sewn! I use Crossbody every day. I don't repack inside but can fit a lot in if needed. Although the bag is not big, I like that it has 4 spacious pockets, 2 inside and 2 outside. It contains all my basics plus all my desires. Haha! I ordered brown/brown which is like a medium brown with an orange tint. I get lots of compliments and it goes with everything without being plain. I'm a plus size woman and the strap is long enough for my figure.
