This is a fantastic mascara and happens to be less than $5. The mascara came in a protective plastic packaging. I tested this for several days. I am very active outdoors and have trouble finding mascara that lasts. This mascara is perfect for casual everyday wear. I have sensitive eyes and this mascara didn't irritate my eyes, removed easily, didn't smudge, chip, tighten or stick. My very light and thin eyelashes also looked voluminous. Can only recommend this mascara and will buy it again. However, if you plan on being outside and doing something that will make you sweat, I would avoid it as it will come off. I prefer this mascara to my $35 Thrive mascara.
