Review on Freshware Silicone Cupcake Cheesecake Cornbread by Barbara Simmons

I ordered this because I'm tired of wasting so much product when slicing granola or casserole sized peanut bars. It was perfect, didn't need to be cut and didn't lose crumbs all over the pan. Shape and size remind me of a candy bar. My husband says the portion size is perfect for his lunchtime snack. I experimented with a low carb (non-oatmeal) bar and it worked really well. Also, when I review other products, I'm concerned about how poorly the cavity holds its shape when pressed. I basically have to press down firmly on the bars before cooking them to make sure it all stays together and that mold holds its shape and doesn't wobble on me. The sticks slide out easily and look very inviting for homemade treats. It also passes the curl test, so I bake in this form with confidence. It's easy to clean, I just throw it in the dishwasher (too lazy) and nothing sticks to it.
