I am very impressed with these gels. They come in screw-top tubes, making it very easy to squeeze out a small amount of gel without risking spills. The picture shows a simple royal frosting (still wet) of pink and purple with a few drops mixed with 2/3 cup powdered sugar for each color. I could detect no discernible taste in my cookies. I will definitely be buying more Ann Clark coloring gels when they run out.
