I am absolutely sure that I received a used product as I bought this product brand new. There is such a protective seal on the product and when I open the box the product was covered with debris and my hair was not in the box. I AM NOT DISTURBED AND APPROACHED THAT THIS COMPANY WILL ALLOW TO DELIVER SOMETHING SO EVIL TO SUPPORT YOUR BRAND. I will never buy a product from this brand again. Especially during a pandemic, your customers should at least have some confidence that the product is not counterfeit. There must be a protective seal. I AM INCREDIBLY REJECTED AND DISAPPOINTED AND THIS BRINGGREEN COMPANY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICES.
