Batteries are now working properly.
At first I thought 8 of my 12 batteries either arrived dead or needed 7 hours to charge. Now they all work and are 100% loaded. After contacting the company, I found that I had to cut off the plastic wrap covering the negative end of the batteries. Then they managed to make contact with the circuit of the phone. A design flaw as no blade is needed to install the battery. However, the seller was quick and immediately refunded my money.
