This is an early review, I've only had this keyboard for a few days and haven't changed anything yet, but it's a great keyboard. I'm not a gamer, but I really appreciate this board for many reasons. For typing, the layout is great (IMHO) as it has dedicated arrow keys and a dedicated delete key located in a position very similar to the ANSI keyboard layout for 87 or 104 key boards. The rear RGB lighting is quite bright and easy to adjust. I bought this blue Switch keyboard because I prefer an audible click when typing. Standard switches are good in that I hear a pleasant click each time the button is pressed, and I also hear a click when the button returns. The sore point (for me) is the standard ABS keycaps and split character legends or fonts found on many keyboards. The NB681's keycaps have a "chalky" feel to their surface, more like PBT than ABS, but have large, natural fonts or lettering that lack a bit of keyboard backlighting. This keyboard has 2 built-in USB ports. Type "Aβ connectors and a detachable cable with USB Type "Cβ connector. In addition, the keys are hot-swappable. Since none of my other keyboards have this feature, the NB681 allows me to compare different switches without having to buy a new circuit board. I have ordered various switches and can't wait to try them out. The only negative I can say about this keyboard relates to the RGB lighting control. I prefer a static keyboard background as many of the changing lighting effects are distracting while typing. While it's fairly easy to choose a static background color configuration for the entire keyboard, I haven't figured out if it's possible to assign colors to individual keys, which I prefer. I still haven't figured out how to use the software I downloaded from LTC and if there's anything I can do with it, which is a minor detail. Lighting control issues aside, this is a really good value keyboard that I highly recommend.
