The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

Got pros:
The patches work as far as patches can go). Remove swelling (small) in the morning. I keep it in the refrigerator, I think it plays a role.
With its cons.
The spatula is usually placed or attached to the lid of the patches, in these it is on its own. It's not very convenient, forever, lying around somewhere
