Review on 🧴 Full Circle Clean Reach Bottle Brush with Bamboo Handle and Replaceable Bristle Brush Head, in White by Jason Staggs

Attractive, useful but casually finished

The positives first, this is an attractive kitchen that works reasonably well for its intended purpose. I also like that there is an option to replace the brush head. Other cons: This brush is short-lived. I am now using my third of these brushes in about 18 months. I even bought an extra spare head to have on hand when needed, but the grip didn't last long enough to use a spare. The white plastic plug on the bamboo handle is easy to remove. When the cap fell off the first of my brushes I found that the bare end of the handle was rough enough to irritate my hand, but I liked the look of the brush so I bought another one. When the cap on the second brush fell off after a few weeks, I figured I'd just take care of my scratched skin. After a while, however, the bare bamboo began to discolor (which was unsightly) and eventually the bamboo itself broke along its entire length. Smart or not, I bought a third brush. Again, the plug fell off after a few weeks. This time I bought a tube of clear silicone sealant (nearly $11) and put the cap back on. So far, so good. I'm hoping I can find another use for the silicone gasket before the rest of the pipe hardens into an unusable solid. Easy clean up but I had to buy another stiffer brush for pots that still have cooked food stuck to the inside. Overall, this is an attractive brush, but a bit of custom attention from the manufacturer would have made it a more worthwhile purchase. .
