I have never loved a shoe more than I love these. I have already bought a second pair for back-up! I have a wide foot and some foot swelling after spending 12 hours on my feet at work. My feet and legs would ache after a long day and my shoes would end up too tight for comfort. Now, I can work a full 12 hours on my feet and can concentrate on my work instead of pain. The are wide and very flexible making for a comfy fit all day. I have started using my second pair for daily wear outside of the hospital. I bought my normal size since my foot is wide. If you have a narrow foot, you may want to size down. Mine are roomy enough for thick socks.
