I can say that the smell is not what I want to feel while showering and even more so in my hair afterwards. I understand that this is all natural, but I still need to do some tests in the lab to get it right. Adding your own essential oils didn't help either. I've tried it and although my hair feels soft, it still feels like there's something in it. I comb my hair and there is something caked up on the brush, I don't use anything on my hair other than this shampoo and conditioner. Essential oils leave no residue. The only other explanation is this product. I wanted to like it, but with all these problems I went back to experimenting with other products.
