Review on 🤖 Neabot N2 Robot Vacuum: Self-Emptying, Wi-Fi Connected with Alexa, Lidar Navigation, Sweep, Mop, Vacuum Cleaner for Carpet & Hard Floors by Elizabeth Morton

Strong suction and cleans well. Two annoying problems 1. Doesn't stay connected to Wi-Fi so you can't set the auto delete time and every time you try to use it you have to go through the setup process.2. There is a firmware update for the robot but it only loads up to 42% and then fails. I have contacted the support team but they only reply at night 24 hours after I wrote. No response to wifi issue and said they are looking for an update. Almost 2 weeks of frustration with this $500 problem. If something doesn't happen within the next few days or so, it comes back. UPDATE 11/25/2020. I am changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Finally we could update the firmware. To be honest, I don't know if our persistence paid off or if it was the customer support. Everything looks fine now. The robot maps the house accurately and does a better job than we did by hand. I would recommend this vacuum cleaner for now as it does its job perfectly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the initial disappointment. Thank you customer service for your help. New update date 12/21/2020 Do not recommend this vacuum cleaner. It lost its WiFi connection again and didn't work for 2 weeks. Yesterday I had to pull out the old hand vacuum cleaner, very unpleasant for the money spent. Stay away.
