Cheap, rusty costume quality.
DOES NOT EVEN COST $5! It feels cheap, it sounds and feels like the handcuffs you would wear in a cheap police suit. There is tons of corrosion on all the pins holding it together, it looks like the seller left my watch out in the rain before shipping. The pins look like they're made from some sort of recycled metal, but to be honest it could just be corrosion. This may be the first time I have returned an item to Revain. Seriously, it's not worth your money.
