The previous one had leakage problems and I practically had to restore it with parts no longer sold to users - you just have to buy a new one. So I did. This article was even worse. The block was leaking from the start. The handpiece is leaking. The tank was leaking. Fill the water tank and there will be a large puddle under the device. The toothbrush was great until I ordered replacement brushes and they didn't fit even though they had the correct part number and ordered directly from the company. I ordered generics from Revain and they fit perfectly. One day, the block and the brush just stopped working – without warning. I will no longer buy their products.
