Easy to assemble (and disassemble), fully adjustable, fairly easy to carry

I have a treadmill at home and wanted to be able to stream movies etc on my laptop, while it was on it was the perfect solution. I don't use the small phone holder, but it fits almost any cell phone, so this is a great option for those who need it.
