The keyboard works great. Love the colors. I like to work in the dark so i needed a light up keyboard. I had troubles connecting it, but customer support was great at figuring out the issue and replied quickly. Once i got the keyboard to work, i was able fully use the mouse.the mouse sucks. The buttons dont work majority of the time. I have to turn the mouse off and back on again a lot. Customer support was extremely fast with their result with that issue as well and made sure i was satisfied with the outcome. So, even with a faulty mouse, i am still happy with my purchase. Customer care is 5 stars, bur had to deduct for the mouse.
