I used to buy from them but my last one was completely broken and was missing one of the little balls that hold it up. It's such a hassle dealing with returns but I shouldn't have done it either as it shouldn't have broken in the first place. It wasn't even broken as parts were missing when I looked inside the package as I was about to reattach it with super glue. Really disappointed. At 8.99 it's like $1 quality.
