The best part is that it helps to track all your customers easily even offline, which is not possible with traditional loyalty apps. It also has very good customer support team who can answer any query you have. I wish there was some more features added in the app like QR code scanning etc. Currently, the only thing I dislike is the time lag between adding a new card and showing up in the mobile app. Definitely try this as it's one of the best solutions for loyalty programs. We started using m loyal since last year for our customers and we are satisfied with the results.We can see all our cards in one place and keep track of them easily. We can send promotional messages to our customers through the app too.
