A thicker protective tape would have been nice!
Because they are stiff and strong, three (3) of the four (4) fenders in this area aren't enough when it comes to putting pressure on the BAND, so the Band can't get it sticking enough to stay in place! It only took about 1/4 inch of tape thickness to get to the metal on the inside of the wing to attach it. So I used #33 black 3M tape and it helped it stay in place and out of sight. So I went to Lowe's, bought a roll of double sided tape and attached it to HER tape and that was all I needed! .John-
