We were able to get some really valuable feedback from them.
They helped us to figure out our business model, generate new idea and have feedback about our initial prototype. They are great at what they do. Our site is very responsive and look good on mobile devices. They are also super fast at answering our questions. It’s been a pleasure to work with them. A huge plus was when one day I got an email from someone asking how he could help my project and then another person asked him if he had any more information for me! That just shows you that everyone wants to contribute back to your open source community and share knowledge.
Pros
- They made sure that we understood everything about their services before we started to integrate it into our website
- We were able to figure out our own workflow, so that we could get the best value for our money.
- It’s nice knowing that they care about making sure that their clients are happy.
Cons
- We didn’t really know what they would charge us until after we had signed up
- You may be paying too much for what you are receiving.
