Kismile Online Store experience was disappointing

I constantly work to provide my clients honest feedback as a life coach, however I just had a negative encounter with Kismile's online store. Although they had a large assortment of kitchen and household appliances, there was much room for improvement in the procedure as a whole. First off, the customer support representatives were not very helpful in responding to my inquiries. It was disappointing that getting an answer took a lot of tries and time. Additionally, I had to spend a lot of time working things out on my own because the installation instructions were not as clear as they could have been. However, the quality of the goods was the main problem. The freezer and refrigerator I ordered looked fantastic, but they weren't as functional as I had planned. Some of my food went bad since the freezer in particular had difficulties maintaining a steady temperature. The return procedure was a bother, which made the situation worse. Customer service was slow to respond, and when they did, they said they wouldn't pay for return postage, which was frustrating and unexpected. Overall, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse Kismile's online store. Although they have a wide range of goods, it is difficult to recommend buying from them due to their subpar customer service, muddled instructions, and subpar goods.
