Review on netTerrain Logical by Josh Elkins

It is easy to use, intuitively understand what it does; I can create my own templates or import existing ones from other programs like AutoCAD/DraftSight etc.; Can save as DWG file format (which works great when creating BIM models); Easy export for different formats such CAD files (.dwg).

There are some useful features that you cannot find in all similar tools - e g., importing image into model which would be very helpful if working remotely without using any external applications / images available locally at your computer only through internet connection! The support team was really responsive even though we were not able solve our problem right away but they did their best trying several times over few weeks period before finally giving up & recommending us another product by Autodesk instead ;-) So far so good although there might have been better solutions out-of this one too considering its price tag ($150 per year subscription)! We used Netterain logical primarily.
