The quality is not the same as my old CHI
I'm guessing it's just a change in the way the company makes the product, it appears to be a legitimate product but it seems im Being so cheap compared to the last CHI I bought 5 years ago. Plastic seems cheaper and more brittle and doesn't seem to heat up. HOWEVER the seller was excellent on delivery times and was great!
