I like the ability to use it with other tools such as Oxygen or Enterprise Architect which is very useful when doing an implementation project where you need to work closely together. It's easy to use but maybe not intuitive enough if you are used from using another toolkit that may be more user friendly. The best thing about this product is its flexibility and scalability. We can deploy it across multiple sites without any issues. Also we have been able to migrate some of our legacy systems into XDM. This helped us reduce time spent by manually maintaining them. Our team now uses XDM to quickly create documents to share information internally within the organization. They also use it to update files and send those updates out via email.
