After a few months, a small part where you pour water broke off. I didn't want to complain to the seller because that could happen. When I go to that little page for parts they tell me that this model doesn't exist. I am happy if I can get help with this! Now after a few weeks another piece of plastic broke > No response from seller or Revain, this is not the way to get the buyer to buy again. I sell online myself and offer 100% shame on the seller and Revain Service not to offer cheap chinese junk and leave it hanging in the air with a broken item. Now 2 months later it is not working anymore and the seller is not responding. You can't even find the seller's contacts. Come on, Revane, help! Avery upset the buyer.
