This is my third Motorola baby monitor in 3.5 years. The first two parent monitors stopped loading. At first I thought it was just an accident, and then again. A little over a year later same thing. The only reason I bought it again was because I already had 4 cameras. It would be a lot cheaper to buy it again and sync the cameras, so I figured it was worth it. Not right! I went into my past orders and just made the purchase again. It is not the same and cameras cannot be added. So I had to buy additional cameras. I would return it but I had to be able to use the monitor (newborn). The volume is bad too. I can't hear my newborn unless there's a camera next to me and I'm still holding it to my ear to hear it. The camera is not even in the ceiling or wall, it is very close to the child. Buy another baby monitor. Any baby monitor. Even if it means additional costs!
