These ear pads look better than the original. The original Beats ear pads began to deteriorate within a few months of purchase. Headphones never left the home and were used for work at home or for leisure. They were not exposed to heat or bad weather, but fell apart. I have headphones that are over ten years old but they still have the original ear pads. Naturally, Apple and Beats wanted to charge for the replacement, saying it was because the warranty had expired. A great way to support your product. The problem was that this happened with both pairs of our headphones bought on the same day. What an irony. These replacements were easy to install and both of our headphones (Solo and Studio) looked great. Really good buy. I am very happy that my headphones were returned to me.
