I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Keytas, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasurable experience. Let me rephrase that: I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Keytas. When I brought my phone in for adjustments, they gave me a price estimate that, at first glance, didn't seem too unreasonable. But when I got the bill, it was a totally different scenario than I had expected. They had sneakily added on a number of additional fees, which they had neglected to disclose in the beginning of the transaction. And when it comes to their accoutrements, don't even get me started. Even though it was advertised as a "durable" phone cover, I ended up having to replace it after only a week. What can I say about misleading advertising! In addition, when I attempted to return it, they made me go through a lot of hurdles just to get my money back. The icing on the cake was that the staff was impolite and ineffective. It's almost as if they weren't interested in my company at all. Keytas is not the place to go if you are looking for a business that is knowledgeable about what they are doing and genuinely cares about the people who do business with them. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and conduct your business elsewhere.
