2 stars because my child just LOVES this item. If she could, she would walk around the house all day. We got it after about 5-6 months when she could sit in front of it and play with all the gadgets and gizmos. She is now 9 months old and uses them every day as a walker. I especially like the wheel traction to slow it down a bit on our floors. My first problem was when the product arrived. There was no chip on one of the side panels. I thought it's okay, it still works. We've only had it for a few months now and one of the wheels keeps falling off. We are very upset because this really is our daughter's favorite toy at the moment. In general, it's good if it lasts. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something permanent.
