Like: • Extremely comfortable/no problem lying on side on pillow or on back. For sizing I ordered a medium, I quickly measured my head and it's about 21 ¼ inches • Works as advertised, sound is clear • Wire material looks like nylon • The fact that everything is removable and the headband is washable Problems: • The first thing to know is that the packaging is not the same as that on the manufacturer's website. It's almost like Revain's exclusive pack...although cheaper. With this package you will not receive a lavender sachet or a music CD. Instead, you get a little card/coupon that if you fall asleep on phone.com or launch phone.com and spend $50, you get a free bag of lavender. You can download music for free. • In my photos below, there is an odd clue that is in the packaging. It seems that due to the special absorbent properties of this black fabric, it is necessary to make a mixture of white vinegar, water and salt.... Leave it for five minutes and then put it in the washing machine before wearing. The note also provides a link to a video with instructions. Is this a broken link? I've tried from multiple devices and Google says it's not valid. • Also due to different packaging…. The videos provided on YouTube and their own website do not match what you will receive. For example, the left and right headphone assembly colors don't match and they don't have the "hole" they refer to when the device is removed and reinserted into the headband. It's not that hard to understand to be honest, but it can be tricky for those who don't get it visually. Overall: You know... I'm happy with the purchase. If you order through Revain the saving is at least $15 and the CD/lavender pouch isn't a big deal I think. I still think it should be explained in the description though. Looking at the actual product... This isn't the highest quality headphone system so I just hope it lasts at least a few years. I see maybe the wires are stretching, especially if you move your head a lot at night or something. What really confused me is that this product didn't come ready to use... I had to take my time making this mix because they used a weird dye (probably from China) that was supposed to be cured and washed. So I'm deducting a star for that very reason... Ultimately, I think you'll be happy with this product as its true purpose is to be a handy therapeutic tool to help you sleep better. In my opinion that's true... You just need to know what will be in the box and that it comes in different sizes. I hope this review helps you decide.
