Looks used! And he's scratched!
I just opened it and the packaging that the iron came in is very poor. Looks used! The plug didn't even have a protective plastic cover like I'm used to with expensive heaters. There is also a scratch. I might send it back because it looks used. Has anyone else had this experience?
