Ideal for an old farmhouse with a well. When we moved in we had low water pressure. Unfortunately, the caretaker didn't even notice that the filter (in the basement) was a bit clogged; In fact, it could be an original filter that is 5 to 10 years old. Although the filter was a bit clogged and we had low water pressure, the water was still excellent, no mud, the water sample was excellent in all parameters measured, most importantly, the water tasted great. That speaks volumes about the quality of the filter. Insert a new filter and, as if by magic, the water pressure doubles immediately.
