I ordered a medium size but it's either too big or the lining is designed to not fit snugly. For reference I used the TORC men's oversized full face helmet and it fits perfectly. As a result the helmet is very difficult to fit properly (it uses a D-ring locking mechanism which I am familiar with) and causes the helmet to be very loose and fly when ridden at higher speeds. It sits well up to 35km/h when things get really loud and then the helmet seems to want to come off at around 45km/h. Sure, it's buckled, but then the helmet just starts sliding backward toward the heart instead of up.
