I love how easy it is for my team to use this software! I can see who looks at what from anywhere using my iPad or phone. I really don't like that you have to be logged into the system before entering each room/area you are walking through with your clients - seems too much hassle just to get them checked-in quicker than they currently do. Make sure you look at all other options first (such as having an app installed) if this one doesn't seem ideal. We are able to easily keep track of who has checked in for their meeting spaces quickly and efficiently, allowing us to prioritize who needs assistance first etc.
